My Local 338 is a member portal that provides a one-stop shop for everything you need to know about your union and your benefits! You can view medical claims for dates of service through 12/31/2023, apply for childcare reimbursement and scholarships, and more. Your My Local 338 account gives you access to your union contract and allows you to contact your Union Representative or the Union Office about your benefits directly through our messaging system, making it easier than ever to get in touch. When you register for an account, you will also be able to request a physical copy of your Local 338 membership card!
If you're looking for ways to get involved, your account has information on events being held by Local 338, including quarterly membership meetings, upcoming elections, and our annual coat, food, and toy drives. It gives members ample opportunity to take advantage of the benefits that they receive by being a member of Local 338.
Your My Local 338 account is not meant to replace the services handled by in-house staff at Local 338, but it does decrease wait times for receiving certain benefits. If you need immediate assistance, please call the Local 338 office at (516) 294-1338, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. Our receptionist will be able to direct your call. Please also contact our office if you have any issues accessing your account.
If you are not yet a member in good standing (meaning you haven't yet passed your probationary period), you will be unable to register for a My Local 338 account. For the time being, if you would like to access your union contract or other information about your union, please reach out to your Union Representative at (516) 294-1338 ext. 1775.
